Your login access will be activated immediately after you make your order. You will receive a welcome e-mail with all the important information.
If incorrect address data is entered during the order, or if no address data is entered at all, we will unfortunately not be able to process your order.
Check that you have entered the e-mail address and the password correctly and that the caps lock key is not activated. If you copy the password, make sure that you do not also copy one or more spaces. In many cases, it is helpful to empty the browser cache as intermediately stored data can lead to problems with login. Also, if you are having problems accessing the contents of the database, we would ask you to empty your entire browser cache and to check that you have the latest version of your browser installed. The following payment options are available: Credit card
Please make sure that the login data is not in your spam folder. Please contact info@textilmitteilungen.de to obtain new login data if you haven’t received one.
If your details change, for example, your address, please inform us by e-mail at info@textilmitteilungen.de. If you change your address in the shop, this is not automatically copied for your subscriptions.
The following cancellation options are available:
1. Cancellation via your profile in your shop account:
– Manage subscription
– Cancel subscription
2. Cancellation via e-mail to: info@textilmitteilungen.de
